These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of TeleServ, a call-intelligence platform provided by TeleServ ("TeleServ," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the platform or receiving messages from it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TeleServ helps businesses review, summarize, and act on their own business phone calls, and alerts the responsible staff when a call needs attention. TeleServ is made available to our business customers and their authorized users.
TeleServ may send operational alert text messages to users who opt in by providing their mobile number in their profile. These messages are internal and transactional, not marketing. Message frequency varies with call activity; message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information.
The TeleServ platform, its software, and its content are owned by TeleServ or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership or license beyond the limited right to use the service as authorized.
The service relies on third-party providers (for example telephony, transcription, AI analysis, email, and SMS delivery). Your use of the service may be subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated summaries, flags, and alerts may contain errors and should be verified before they are relied upon.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeleServ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
We may modify the service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
